Are you white labelled? Do you allow reselling?

Hi,

I have a few mail clients which I want to move to MXRoute. They all use 10-50 GB storage per cPanel account.

I have a few questions:

  1. Is your service white labeled?
  2. Do you allow reselleing your service?
  3. What do I need to do get white labeled service?
  4. Is it possible to increase the 300 hourly limits for larger accounts? No newsletter/bulk email will be sent. The emails are solely for day to day business communication.
  5. Has anything changed regarding migration? Do you offer migration now?

Hey friend!

At this time I wouldn’t recommend us if white label is the requirement. While I don’t use the mxroute.com domain on the server hostnames, and you can use custom hostnames, the MXroute logo always remains in our control panel and I don’t go to great lengths to hide that we’re the service provider.

Well, we have been hosting those clients on a shared hosting server. But we will need white label in order to move them somewhere else.

You are halfway there.

If you ever decide to try, you could simply create a reseller account on your own server (cPanel, don’t know about other control panels) and omit the logo from the reseller account or use a white labeled one to make it white labeled.
