The great thing of not hosting your own email is that you don’t have to worry about your ip reputation. We offer a solution with shared outbound ips. The addresses are automatically rotated, and if delivery fails our relay should fall back to using the premium MailChannels relays for delivery. Because of this strategy whitelabel ips are not available.
We actively monitor our ip reputation and rotate out any ips if they become blacklisted. Until the time that they’re completely usable again.
