Add HTML signature to email account

Hello out there,

I need to add HTML email signatures to email accounts, so even if the user’s email client does not have a signature, it will display at the receiver’s end. I’ve seen this as a domain wide (i.e. disclaimer) notice added below all email’s content, but I’d need this for every email address in this case, so it can be customized per user.

Is this possible with MXroute?

Email signatures are purely an email client feature and not an email server feature.

Hello! In case you are still having problems, I’m just letting you know that I wasn’t able to set it up using RainLoop but when I switched to Crossbox as my email client, everything got setup beautifully! Hope this helps :slight_smile:
