Do we have one question per topic or combine a few questions related to the same issue in the body of the topic?
I want questions to overlap, be redundant, all that jazz. Totally possible/probable that multiple questions will get grouped together at times. The idea being to maximize the potential for a question or series of questions to match how another person would ask, increasing the chances that they can find a question/answer combo that fits their vision of their situation.
A failure of the Knowledgebase was that it’s hard to create high level questions/answers that look, to the customer, as though they are relevant to their specific situation. Kind of like how I might make an article about Wordpress causing a server to go OOM, but the customer is searching for “Error Establishing a Database Connection.” Talking about the same thing, but just missing each other.
