A plea for help from Jarland

I have lost access to both my email account and my password database. This is a major inconvenience to me, as I am dealing with matters relating to the death of my father from COVID-19 recently. I can provide evidence of my identity, and my wife is still able to access her email account in the same domain. Would you please be able to reset my password for me, and send the new password to my wife?

I responded to one of the emails sent to support@, I believe around 24 hours ago.

The first email that I sent to support was from a temporary email account that has now been deleted. Could you please reply to the second email that I sent to support?
