Hello, I have a reseller account, I set it up with my main domain Eternity.mx.
Testing with a client’s domain when trying to send mail to my main domain. I skip the next error. “550 No such recipient here” the mail server of my main domain is in ionos.
It looks like you probably added eternity.mx in DirectAdmin, but you have it’s email hosted elsewhere. If you need to add a domain to the server but you need to be able to send email to it elsewhere, go into the Email Routing section of DirectAdmin, select that domain from the dropdown at the top right, and uncheck the checkbox on that page to disable the domain.
Otherwise it’s saying “You told me I host email for this domain, but you haven’t created a emosley@ account on this server for that domain.”
