The new webmail keeps going offline, kicking users out, showing errors, things don’t load. What’s been going on?

Well, I cannot speak for Crossbox specifically, but shortly before you made this post the Banshee server was down due to a power supply failure on the server. The ISP’s support team had it replaced and the server back up within about an hour.
Each issue would have to be reported clearly and independently, and then I can take it to the Crossbox team.
Each server is in the status page and it lives on each server, but I’ll consider adding the master as well. In my mind this is still in beta testing for us, I just need to make that more clear up front.
