Incoming Emails Blackballed

Senders to one of our emails accounts are receiving bounced emails with this message:

Based upon our chat in the MXroute chat, and another user pointing out something that has been discussed on this forum previously, I believe that I have discovered the issue.

In the first bounce message you showed on chat, there was an email address for the domain asntv.com which was the ultimate recipient of the messages. I missed that detail while we were chatting.

It appears to me that the info@ email address for the two domains in question could be forwarding emails to G-Suite which is the MX record for asntv.com. That is NOT going to work. This is due to Google’s policy of rejecting emails that are forwarded to them. MXroute blocks them proactively.

Apologies for the brutal error. On my to-do list is to make that error more clear. The reason for this error is that another error would have come instead of it, if I didn’t block the outbound email. It is in fact me who has blocked outbound email where yahoo.com exists in the From header. The error that would have come in it’s place would have been a DMARC failure, and would have counted against our IP reputation with Google and other major services.
